SUMMARY AND SUGGESTIONS

My objectives before joining the Pre-Service Student-Teacher Exchange (SEA-Teacher Project) were to refine my teaching methods, strategies, and techniques in teaching across different cultures and nationalities; to adapt my teaching methods to a unique environment, manage a diverse classroom, and work collaboratively with other educators. These goals were achieved as during my internship at Lab School in Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI), Bandung; I accumulated several information and knowledge as aligned to my goals in joining this program.

this program will not only give academic excellence but also professional growth and cultural understanding. These improves my communication not only with the usage of English language. During my internship in UPI, we were associated with different nationalities such as Japanese, Thai, French, Uzbek, Australian, Chinese, Korean, and so on. These widen my network and exposed to various cultures.
