This is an exchange program sponsored by Southeast Asian Minister of Education Organization (SEAMEO). The program is intended for third- or fourth-year pre-service teacher candidates specializing in Science, Math, English, or early childhood education.

Participants in the most recent fourth pilot batch of the SEA Teacher program, a pre-service teacher exchange project in Southeast Asia, came from Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (Indonesia), Khon Kaen University (Thailand), and the University of Tsukuba (Japan). The program also has a regular batch (Batch 10).
